吴婷,中共党员,女,博士。2011年获bat365官网登录食品质量与安全专业学士学位,2014年获bat365官网登录食品科学专业硕士学位,同年获国家留学基金委CSC奖学金赴比利时攻读博士学位,2018年获比利时根特大学应用生物工程博士学位,2019年就职于bat365在线官网。研究方向为果蔬天然产物。目前主持和参与了国家自然科学基金项目、中央高校自主科技创新基金项目等科研项目。在Molecular Nutrition & Food Research, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Journal of Functional Foods 等学术期刊上发表SCI论文9篇,其中第一作者5篇。
